For Consignor (Seller) - Regular Event

Download Check-In and Out
- Find an Event near you (If nothing close, you can host events buy buying a franchise)
- Become a Consignor
- Load all you items into the Website (All goods must be Clean and in Good Working Condition)
- Print your Tags
- Apply your Tags (Some detail here, must be applied securely to prevent loss!)
- Bring your goods to an event at the drop off times along with Consignor Waivers and then track your goods on-line
- Pick up any unsold goods at end of event or donate to charity
- Receive a Check in the Mail approximately two weeks following end of event
Payouts for Consignors - Regular Event
You can track your gear each morning to see what sold the previous day
Normally the Consignor gets 60% of selling price
If volunteering to work an event get 70% of selling price
If using the VIP Service get 50% of selling price
(VIP service is offered if customers are unable to do the tagging process themselves, we offer this service at the events)
For the Buyer
Just show up on Sale days. Have FUN and shop for gear up to 90% off of retail. It’s an easy way to find things you need and want without breaking your bank and help your organization or other worthy causes.
Normal Events (Sample Hours)
Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday Drop off Days (Additional Items can be dropped after the Sale starts, VIP Rates will be Charged) Monday 12pm to 7pm Tuesday & Wednesday 10pm to 7pm.
Thursday Morning- Consignors & Volunteers can Shop before General Public 8am to 10am (Passes Required) Thursday, Friday, Saturday the Sale is open to the General Public from 10am to 7pm.
Half Off Day
Sunday is Half-Off Day for Consignors who wish to sell their remaining Items at a Discount. (Items are marked with a Star on Label)Sunday – Volunteers & Consignors Can Shop 12pm to 1pm (Passes Required) Sunday General Public 1pm-4pm.
Sunday We Closed from 4pm to 5pm to prepare for Picking Up of Items. Sunday 5pm-8pm Consignors Pick-Up Unsold Items (The website will be updated by 5pm with all Sold Items) ID is required at Pick-Up, (Another Person can pick up your gear if they are listed under your account) Sunday 8pm anything left goes to donation.
Events Run for 6-7 Days. The Typical format:
Monday-Tuesday Drop off (Additional Items can be dropped off during week)
Wednesday Morning- Volunteers Can Shop 8-9am
Wednesday Morning- Consignors Can Shop 9-10am
Wednesday at 10: Sale Opens to Public 10-8
Thursday & Friday & Saturday 10am-8pm
On half off day for all remaining items, if agreed to by seller.
Sunday Morning – Volunteers Can Shop 8-9am
Sunday Morning- Consignors Can Shop 9-10am
Sunday General Public 10-3 (Half Off day to any items sellers wishes to mark down on final day)
Sunday 4-8pm Pick-Up Unsold Items
Sunday 8pm anything left goes to donation
These guidelines are only meant has a guide in helping you determine selling prices. Consignors (Sellers) are able to set price as they see appropriate. All items offered for sale must be in good working condition and a waiver must be signed stating this fact. Sellers have the option to drop products to half price on the last day of the event if items are still remaining. Remember if you really want to sell it price it right. Ask yourself what would you be willing to pay for this item if you were buying it? Don’t be greedy!
